AI Engineer

We are recruiting an AI Engineer on behalf of a partner organization. The hiring company will be disclosed during the interview process. This is a full-time, fully remote position responsible for building, shipping, and iterating on AI-powered product features, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship production AI/LLM features end to end.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clearly scoped, prioritized initiatives.
  • Partner with product and design to take features from prototype to production.
  • Use evals, metrics, and user feedback to validate and improve model and feature performance.
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally building AI/ML or LLM-powered products.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions under ambiguity and deliver on schedule.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
